The Style & Design Consultation is an important step in the process where we take the homework out of a photo session for you. This time allows us to not only discuss details like what to wear and locations, but also how you want to enjoy your images.
This is a fun time where we get to know each other better and we can even jump right into your closet and to pick out your clothes together. By the time we are done, all of your questions will be answered well ahead of the session.
Part of enjoying your portraits, is enjoying the process leading up to and the photo session experience itself. We have you covered there too with our careful and purposeful planning and our expert and fun posing guidance during your Photo Session.
We custom design each session experience, wall art, albums, and desktop prints for our clients to enjoy with their family, friends and in their businesses. We even hang wall art for our clients so you don’t have to!

Extended Experience Sessions last about 3-5 hours. We coordinate and schedule the day carefully, making sure that everyone has a fun day together.
We sure do! We live in such a beautiful area and there are several locations we can use ~ the beach, wooded areas, or the city all work well for a photo session. There’s lots to choose from. We can have your session in the studio or your favourite spot.
The golden hour is actually the time period after sunrise or before sunset when the sun is closer to the horizon and the lighting is at it’s best.
Each Extended Family Session is carefully planned to meet the needs of each and every family member. The schedule provides many breaks for the elderly to rest and kids to play with each other.

✺ Frequently Asked Questions ✺

We will talk a lot about what to wear during our Style and Design Consultation. Complimentary colours work well to avoid everyone looking too matchy-matchy. We recommend staying away from stripes, plaids and busy patterns. Solid colours usually work best as they are less distracting. Florescent colours don’t photograph well so avoid those if you can.
We sure do! All selected and purchased photos are retouched. Plus Master Art Retouching is done on all wall art. This allows us to zoom in and get every detail perfect for a larger display of your portrait.
The good news is you get BOTH a matted desktop print and a digital file with each purchased image!
Your images are sent to our professional labs immediately after your retouching is completed. Depending on your order, some products from Italy can take up to 4-6 weeks. We will get them to you as soon as they arrive.
